GlennSpeak Return & Refund Policy

Every GlennSpeak tee is printed individually after you order it. Because each shirt is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or color preference. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering — we are glad to help if you have questions.

Print defects and shipping damage

If your order arrives with a print defect, a manufacturing flaw, or visible damage from shipping, we will replace it at no charge to you. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery at glennspeak2026@gmail.com with:

- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Two or three clear photos of the issue

We will respond within two business days with next steps. In most cases, we will simply print and ship a replacement. You do not need to mail the original item back.

Wrong item received

If we ship you the wrong product or the wrong size from what your order confirmation states, that is on us. Same process as above — email us with your order number and photos, and we will send the correct item at no charge.

Lost in transit

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local post office and any neighbors who may have accepted it. If it remains missing after 5 business days, email us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including reshipment if appropriate.

Order changes and cancellations

Because production begins shortly after you place your order, we can only cancel or modify orders within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, the order is already being printed and cannot be changed. Please email us as soon as possible if you need a change.

Refund processing

When a refund is issued, it returns to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Every GlennSpeak piece is printed on Bella+Canvas 3001 — premium ringspun cotton, direct-to-garment in our signature gold ink. We stand behind every piece that leaves the print floor. If something is not right, we will make it right.
