GlennSpeak ("we," "us," "our") is a small premium apparel brand based in the United States. The site is operated on the Shopify platform.

Using the site

You may use glennspeak.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — including no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no scraping at a rate that disrupts service, and no use of the site to transmit harmful code.

Products

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, sizing, and details accurately. Computer monitors vary, so actual color may differ slightly from the on-screen representation. Sizing follows the Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex chart shown on each product page.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit quantities. Payment is collected at checkout. If we decline an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices on glennspeak.com are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Returns and shipping

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Both are available from the footer of every page on glennspeak.com.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photography, and copy on glennspeak.com are the property of GlennSpeak. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. The "GlennSpeak" name and wordmark are property of GlennSpeak.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlennSpeak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of GlennSpeak's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
