GlennSpeak Shipping Policy
Production time
Every GlennSpeak tee is printed on demand. Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days before your order ships. Production time is in addition to shipping time below.
United States shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order, no minimum. Once your order ships, typical transit time is 3 to 7 business days. From order placement to delivery, expect a total of 5 to 12 business days in most cases.
International shipping
We ship to most international destinations. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier. Typical international transit times after production:
- Canada and Mexico: 5 to 14 business days
- Europe: 7 to 20 business days
- Asia, Australia, and rest of world: 10 to 30 business days
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view order status anytime by logging in to the customer account associated with your order.
Shipping address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment — additional shipping charges may apply in that case.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected transit window plus 5 business days, please email us at glennspeak2026@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
